Cloud 10 Corporation, cloud10corp.com employs people to work from their home as homebased customer service agents. These agents, also referred to as At Home Professionals (AHP’s), work from the comfort of their home answering in bound customer service calls.
Home Based Customer Service Job
One benefit of working for Cloud 10 is that At Home Professionals, regardless that they work from home are NOT treated as freelancers or independent contractors. They are hired as employees with the added advantage of not having to travel to and from the office to work. Agents work from home and have the same set schedule of work each week. Agents are also provided with paid training program to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to work for Cloud 10 Corporation.
Cloud 10 Pay
Agents are paid NOT by the actual number of calls they have made or the length of time they spent on calls. Customer service agents at Cloud 10 have hourly pay rates which starts from the time they sign into the system and become available to receive calls. At Home Professionals receive their wage every other Friday.
