As I see it, Constant Content can actually send payments via paypal regardless whether the amount is $5 dollars or a hundred dollars. (A much busier company, payperpost can do it, why can’ they?). If there are at least 20 writers who have earned 5 dollars each and gave up writing because of the minimum payout, then constant content will get 100 dollars. Through this, the company earns without sweat and many of their writer waste time and effort.
